记一次 Dynadot 无法续费域名尝试解决

在 Dynadot 续费某个域名的时候,提示:

以下订单项目有问题。 您的账户无法提交任何新订单。

这算什么事?我赶忙上网查询,看到两篇帖子:

感觉没有特别有用的信息,所以我当即联系在线客服,得到了 Dani Reagan 的帮助,他提到我需要更改信息并确保正确,包括账户个人信息与Whois联系信息。

但是修改后并没有效果,我睡了一觉起来又多试了几次还是不行,又重新联系在线客服 Sally,她详细说明了我需要如何填写信息

Please make sure your information is true and valid and you have provided details such as street name and number, city/region, state and postal code in your address.

我本想先去试试,便先感谢了她,然后她提到了关键的一句话:

After you update your information, please email accounts@dynadot.com to notify them so the account team can review your account and remove the ban from your account.

合着原来是还需要人工移除限制状态。 我马上给 accounts@dynadot.com 发送了邮件,和 Dynadot 团队的来往邮件如下:

Hello,

Thank you for updating your information and informing us, the restrictions have now been removed and you can make new orders now.
